Refund & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to UBR Esports. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking slots for any of our tournaments or matches. By registering for a match, you agree to these terms.
1. Slot Cancellation Window
Players or teams can cancel their slot registration up to 30 minutes before the scheduled match start time. If you cancel within this period, your entry fee will be fully refunded to your UBR Esports wallet. Any cancellation request made less than 30 minutes before the match start time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Admin/Organizer Cancellation & Issues
A full refund will be issued to all affected players or teams in the following scenarios:
- The match or tournament is cancelled by UBR Esports administration.
- There is a technical issue or server problem on the organizer's side that prevents the match from being completed or successfully conducted.
- The match is rescheduled to a time that does not suit the registered teams, and they request a cancellation.
3. Failure to Join (Player/Team Side)
If a player or team fails to join the match lobby, fails to enter the room on time, or misses the match due to any personal reasons, no refund will be issued. It is the sole responsibility of the players/teams to keep track of the room ID, password, and match timings, and to join the lobby before the start time.
4. Digital & Technical Issues on Player's Side
UBR Esports is not responsible for any digital, hardware, software, or network issues on the player's end. No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Internet disconnection, high ping, lag, or Wi-Fi failure during or before the match.
- Device crashes, overheating, battery drain, or incoming calls/notifications causing disturbance.
- BGMI game client getting stuck on loading screen, matching errors, or server authentication errors on the player's side.
- Any other digital issues or electricity/power failures at the player's location.
5. Fair Play Violations & Disqualifications
If a player or team is found violating our terms of fair play (including hacking, exploiting glitches, teaming, emulators in mobile-only rooms, or using forbidden third-party software) and is disqualified by the admin, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. Their entry fee will be forfeited.
6. Refund Disbursement & Withdrawal
All eligible refunds will be credited directly as balance to your UBR Wallet. Once credited to your wallet, you can request a withdrawal to your UPI account as per our standard Terms of Service. Wallet credits are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours of approval.
